Do the online theory for your Padi Open water diver course Online for FREE with Sidive.
You can then either finish your in-water parts of the course with Sidive in Cebu or take the in-water part elsewhere.
The theory is FREE if you do the in-water part also with Sidive or only $60 USD if you do the in-water part elsewhere.
